What if I received the wrong items or my products arrived defective?
If you’ve received the wrong item(s), please reach out to email@example.com so we can get the correct items to you as soon as possible.
Defective products due to craftsmanship are covered under our return policy. Please contact customer service immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can help facilitate a return. Once the products have been shipped back and received in our warehouse, a credit will be issued to the original credit card for the defective items. You may then expect a refund to your original credit card between 3 and 5 days.
